• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop and workstation equipment and software.
• Handle equipment moves with little or no supervision.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve basic troubleshooting items.
• Answer basic user questions about equipment features.
• Work on projects of limited complexity in a support role.

• 1–3 years experience in network support or a similar role.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Cisco or similar networking equipment.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Windows server environments and Active Directory is an advantage.
