Job Description

As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will own the performance and optimization of paid advertising campaigns, directly contributing to patient enrollment across clinical trials. This is not a set-and-forget role — you'll continuously analyze, optimize, and refine campaigns to drive measurable results. You'll primarily work within Meta (Facebook/Instagram), while also leveraging other platforms such as Google, TikTok, Craigslist, or programmatic channels where relevant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing high-performing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitoring performance and making data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
  • Analyzing campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Managing budgets effectively to maximize results.
  • Optimizing middle-of-funnel performance (landing pages, forms, and conversion flows).
  • Staying up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with campaign and study objectives.

Required Skills

  • Paid Advertising Expertise – Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns, with strong Meta (Facebook/Instagram) performance skills; experience with other platforms is a plus.
  • Performance-Driven Mindset – You focus on outcomes, continuously test and iterate, and take ownership of results.
  • Analytical Strength – Comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and making informed optimization decisions.
  • Middle-of-Funnel Optimization Skills – Experience improving landing pages, forms, and conversion flows to increase performance.
  • Proactive Ownership – You don't wait for direction — you identify opportunities and act on them.
  • Clear Communication – You can explain performance, insights, and decisions clearly to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaboration in Remote Teams – You work effectively across functions in a distributed, global environment.
