Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee content production processes from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, and performance tracking.
  • Plan, produce, and manage multimedia content including videos, social media content, interviews, campaigns, and written materials.
  • Manage and maintain a structured content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Create engaging copies for digital platforms, websites, campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Manage relationships with external creatives, videographers, editors, influencers, and production vendors when required.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree from any accredited university.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in content production, digital media, marketing communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content strategy.
  • Hands-on experience in video production, scripting, editing, and multimedia storytelling.
  • Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
