- Excellent editorial judgment with commitment to accuracy and impartiality
- Sound knowledge of copyright regulations and content compliance frameworks
- Confidence working in fast-paced breaking news environments under pressure
- Passion for visual journalism and serving African audiences authentically
- Residency in one of the specified Nigerian states (Lagos, Abuja, Oyo, Kano, Rivers, Anambra)
