Corelink Networks & IT Solutions Limited builds CoreAccess, a digital membership, identity, attendance and access management platform, and CoreCard, a digital identity and networking product. The company is hiring a Digital Marketer to develop and execute digital marketing activities that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and support customer acquisition.

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for Corelink's product.
• Generate qualified leads through paid advertising, organic channels, social media, website campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Develop and optimize lead-generation funnels, landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action.
• Work with the Creative Content & Video Designer to plan and distribute content that supports business objectives.
• Manage digital campaigns targeting associations, churches, schools, gyms, training centres, clubs, professional organizations, SMEs, and other relevant markets.
• Manage and track leads generated through Referrals, digital campaigns, website enquiries, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate lead-source and campaign attribution.
• Support email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, retargeting, and lead-nurturing activities.
• Conduct basic SEO, keyword, competitor, and market research.
• Monitor website traffic, leads, engagement, conversion rates, campaign performance, and customer acquisition costs.
• Test different audiences, messages, offers, creatives, and channels and improve campaigns based on results.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommend actions based on data.
• Use AI and modern marketing tools to improve research, content production, campaign management, and analysis.

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.
• Demonstrable experience generating leads or measurable business results through digital marketing.
• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, retargeting, and digital customer acquisition.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of SEO and keyword research.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and make decisions based on performance.
• Experience marketing technology products, SaaS, or B2B products is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or marketing automation is an advantage.
• Experience using AI tools for marketing is an advantage.
• Creative, analytical, proactive, commercially minded, and able to work with minimal supervision.
