Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing & Content Executive to manage our online presence and drive business growth. This role combines content creation, social media management, and digital marketing execution, with a strong focus on lead generation and brand visibility. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical — someone who can create engaging content while also understanding how to convert attention into actual business.

  • Job Location: Shomolu, Lagos
  • Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000
  • Work Mode: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Management

  • Create and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop engaging posts, reels, and short-form videos aligned with current trends.
  • Write compelling captions and brand messaging.
  • Maintain consistent posting schedule and brand voice.

2. Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Support execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales.
  • Assist with running and optimizing paid ads (Instagram/Facebook/Google – if applicable).
  • Monitor trends and suggest growth strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Identify and follow up on inbound leads generated through online platforms.

3. SEO & Online Visibility

  • Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO).
  • Conduct keyword research and implement content strategies to improve visibility.
  • Support blog/content initiatives where necessary.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions).
  • Provide weekly reports and insights.
  • Recommend improvements based on data.

Required Skills

  • 2–4 years experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related role.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong content creation skills (graphics, video, captions).
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Ability to think creatively and execute independently.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Results-driven mindset.
