• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online platforms
• Design engaging graphics, creatives, and marketing materials to support campaigns and branding
• Monitor and analyze performance of marketing activities and prepare reports
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement new ideas
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and eagerness to learn
• Must reside in Ikeja or its immediate environs
