Nigerian NewsDirect is a news platform seeking a Digital Content Publisher to curate, manage, and publish high-quality digital content. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy and timeliness, optimizing content for online engagement, and maintaining the editorial standards of the platform. You will collaborate with writers, editors, and multimedia teams to deliver compelling stories that inform, engage, and grow the audience.

Work Structure: Remote (with one day office attendance at Ogba, Lagos)
Location: Lagos (Residents only)
Salary: ₦75,000 monthly + ₦10,000 data allowance
Employment Type: Full-time

• Upload and publish news stories to the websites and share on social media channels (WhatsApp Channel, LinkedIn, X and Facebook)
• Publish a minimum of 30 stories daily (Stories for print publishing and stories from NAN)
• Ensure stories meet editorial and SEO standards
• Maintain 100% adherence to publishing deadlines

• Must have a personal Computer (functional laptop)
• Must be a Lagos resident (must be able to easily commute to the Ogba office)
• Must be available to work night shifts and weekends as required
• Must be comfortable working outside conventional work hours (evenings, early mornings, weekends)
• High computer literacy and ability for quick task turnaround
