• Support E-Channels applications such as Finacle Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Telephone Banking, Finacle USSD, and Electronic Fund Transfer
• Proactively design applications to enhance delivery of services
• Provide reports that produce 100% accuracy for business decision making
• Monitor SMS and Email Alerts for optimum performance
• Manage Mobile and Internet Banking Platforms for optimum performance
• Provide 2nd level support for bank branches on Mobile and Internet banking application
• Proactively design solutions to enhance the delivery of services on the two channels
• Generate useful reports from the platform for reporting and troubleshooting

• BSc in IT, Computer Sciences or related field
• Professional Certifications such as Oracle, MCSA, knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, Java etc can be an added advantage
• 1-2 years of experience in Information Technology (IT Operations)
• Experience providing application support, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high platform availability
