The Dispatch Rider will pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and samples to customers, maintain accurate delivery records, ensure the safety of items during transit, and perform routine checks and maintenance on the motorcycle.

• Salary: ₦300,000 gross + Performance bonuses/incentives, Health insurance or medical support
• Note: Riders must own their own bikes.

• Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and samples to customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain signatures/proof of delivery.
• Ensure the safety and security of items during transit.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on your motorcycle.
• Adhere to traffic rules, company policies, and safety guidelines.

• Valid professional rider's license (rider's permit) and valid motorcycle documents.
• At least 4 years of experience as a dispatch rider (experience in logistics or delivery preferred).
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes, especially around Lagos.
• Physically fit, disciplined, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Own a smartphone for navigation (Google Maps) and communication.
• Minimum education: SSCE / OND or equivalent.
