The Distribution Substation Operator (DSO) will support the safe and efficient operation of electricity distribution substations, monitor equipment, and ensure electrical infrastructure operates efficiently to deliver reliable electricity to customers.

• Assist in the daily operation of electrical distribution substations.
• Monitor electrical equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance.
• Support maintenance activities on distribution infrastructure.
• Report equipment faults, abnormalities, and operational issues promptly.
• Follow established operational and safety procedures.
• Assist in maintaining accurate operational records and reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other operational teams.
• Participate in inspections and routine monitoring of substation equipment.
• Support emergency response activities where necessary.
• Contribute to ensuring reliable electricity supply to customers.

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Engineering or Science.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
