• Review all documents related to invoices and procurement.
• Verify documents against purchase orders and quotations.
• Highlight and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate filing and documentation for proper records and easy access for technical officers.
• Suggest improvements to documentation and workflow processes.

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in marine operations, Documentation, or related accounting field.
• Knowledge of Logistics and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
