• Salary: 80,000 – ₦100,000 Monthly

SlickRide is a mobility platform connecting private car owners with riders. The company is currently expanding its operations across Ogun State and seeking driven individuals to grow its driver network through direct community engagement and outreach.

• Conduct field visits to identify and engage private car owners across Ogun State.
• Onboard new drivers onto the SlickRide platform through direct persuasion and education.
• Build relationships with local transport communities and stakeholders.
• Meet daily/weekly driver acquisition targets consistently.
• Provide feedback on market trends and driver concerns to management.
• Represent the SlickRide brand professionally in all public interactions.
• Utilize smartphone tools for tracking leads and reporting progress.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and meeting new people regularly.
• Good knowledge of Ogun State geography and communities is mandatory.
• Must own a functional smartphone.
• Sales or marketing experience is a bonus.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
