They are seeking a tactical operations assistant to serve as the backbone of their multi-platform growth strategy.

• Monitor Amazon listing health; flag Buy Box loss, suppressed listings, content violations, and inventory alerts immediately.
• Support listing updates including titles, bullets, descriptions, images, and backend search terms.
• Respond to Amazon customer messages within 24 hours and manage support@augo email inbox.
• Handle Amazon Q&A responses and escalate complex issues to appropriate department heads.
• Track recurring customer issues to identify upstream fixes.
• Support Shopify and TikTok Shop backend maintenance, product info, imagery, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate pricing alignment across Amazon (US + International), Shopify, and TikTok Shop using Google Sheets.
• Perform basic image editing in Canva or Photoshop for listing specs and A+ content.
• Conduct supplier research on Alibaba/1688 and build vendor comparison spreadsheets.
• Coordinate sample tracking and compile weekly reports across platforms.
• Execute ad-hoc data entry and analysis tasks for department heads.

• 1+ year direct hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience (Non-negotiable).
• Experience monitoring or managing e-commerce listings.
• Prior customer service background with excellent written communication.
• Near-native written English proficiency (9+/10 self-rating).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Basic skills in Canva or Photoshop.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking across stakeholders.
• Reliable time zone overlap with US Eastern Time (minimum 3–4 hours daily).

Nice to Have

• Shopify or TikTok Shop backend familiarity.
• Amazon PPC/advertising knowledge.
• Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, or similar tools.
• Alibaba/1688 sourcing experience.
