• Manage inventory across our website and third-party platforms.
• Upload and update products, pricing, and stock levels.
• Organise and monitor inventory to minimise stock discrepancies.
• Create engaging product content (photos, videos, and social media posts).
• Coordinate order fulfilment and support customer service.
• Prepare weekly operational and inventory reports.

• Experience in e-commerce or retail operations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Basic content creation skills (AI, Canva, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is an advantage.
