• Provide daily customer service support via email, chat, or phone for e-commerce inquiries.
• Perform accurate data entry and manage simple formulas using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with inventory management tasks and order processing workflows.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transaction details.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to meet daily operational targets.
