• Provide excellent customer service and support for e-commerce operations.
• Manage inventory records and ensure accuracy in stock levels.

• Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and simple formulas.
• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in an e-commerce, customer service, or administrative support role is an added advantage.
