Job Description

A company is seeking an HR Officer (Junior Executive) to provide timely and accurate HR administrative support across recruitment, employee records, staff welfare, and policy compliance to ensure smooth HR operations. Accommodation is provided. Candidates willing to relocate to Anambra can apply. The role is office-based.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews, conduct document verification, and prepare employee folders/welcome kits.
  • HR Administration: Update HRIS (new hires, exits, role changes), support payroll input collation, and track leave.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing staff welfare/team bonding events and handle day-to-day staff enquiries.
  • Policy & Records: Adhere to disciplinary protocols, track contract expiry dates, and prepare HR reports.

Required Skills

  • B.Sc in Human Resources, Business Admin, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years in administrative or HR assistant roles.
  • Confidentiality, HRIS data entry, records management, and detail orientation.

Working Conditions

  • Office-based, regular desk work.
  • Sensitive data handling in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
