The Early Years Educator will design and implement creative lesson plans, maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment, foster child development, track milestones, and build strong relationships with parents.

• Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000

• Lesson Planning: Design and implement creative, play-based lesson plans aligned with the British EYFS / Montessori / Nigerian curriculum.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and highly engaging classroom environment tailored to early learners.
• Child Development: Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through interactive storytelling, arts, crafts, and sensory play.
• Observation & Assessment: Track, document, and report each child's milestones, progress, and behavioral development.
• Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and parent-teacher meetings.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field. A Montessori diploma or EYFS certification is highly advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an early years setting.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, patience, and a warm, approachable personality. Strong classroom management skills without resorting to rigid methods.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to use digital tools for student tracking, parent communication apps, and basic administrative tasks.
• Proximity: Candidates residing within easy commuting distance of Lifecamp are highly preferred.
