• Carry out Control panel commissioning, logic modifications, loop & functional checks, panel certification and upgrades
• Provide Technical clarification and supervision to the client on BH rotating equipment (Gas Turbines and Compressors)
• Supervise all troubleshooting, commissioning, and startup activities of BH products (HDGT, Aero GT and Compressors) as related to Control engineering during outages
• Directly interface with BH Engineering on all matters relating to equipment reliability, operations, maintenance, and failure analysis
• Provide direction and assistance to other work groups to meet assigned objectives
• Coordinate and oversee work at the field site, providing quality service to the customer
• Collaborate with crew members on Installation and/or Maintenance activities of Customer Equipment at Field Sites
• Execute all required responsibilities safely as instructed, following all IET Service applicable processes and procedures
• Provide all required records of activities accomplished at Customer Site to the Baker Hughes IET Supervisor and promote good team relations
• Make recommendations on findings, review effectiveness of maintenance actions to identify future needs
• Oversee overhaul, troubleshooting, commissioning, and start-up of rotating equipment (Baker Hughes portfolio products) at customer sites
• Coordinate cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job
• Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality and Compliance)

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Electrical systems, Turbomachinery Controls system, and field instrumentation
• Strong working experience with: ABB integrated eHouse solution, Power Management System PMS (ABB certification on MV & LV switchgear is an added advantage)
• Knowledge of Arc duct venting system for MV switchgear (added advantage)
• SF6 CB working knowledge and maintenance (added advantage)
• Experience with MV switchgear, LV switchgear, Fire & gas systems, UPS & DC Battery System
• Proficiency in at least two of the following GE/BH systems: MKVIe, Rx3i, GE Fanuc
• Experience in commissioning & startup of GE or BH Turbomachinery equipment with MKVIe, RX3i, or GE Fanuc control system
• Ability to work independently as a Control specialist and field Instrumentation specialist
• Willingness to travel for work up to 70% of the time
• Strong Functional/Technical skills, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team working skills
