• Assist in the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of power generation and electrical systems
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting electrical faults and system failures
• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
• Prepare technical reports and maintain proper documentation
• Support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 1–2 years' experience in a power, energy, or industrial environment
• Basic knowledge of power generation, transmission, or distribution systems
• Understanding of electrical maintenance and safety standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work in a plant/operational environment
