• Provide first-line HR support to outsourced employees.
• Coordinate employee performance review activities.
• Support client engagement and workforce operations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
• Monitor compliance with HR policies, service standards, and SLAs.
• Support onboarding, employee engagement, and issue resolution.

• HND/Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Client Service, or Outsourcing.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); HRIS knowledge is an advantage.
• A customer-focused mindset with integrity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
