• Support documentation, audits and routine User Services activities
• Assist with Quality Assurance and Quality Control of installed solar systems
• Support the team with routine and ancillary technical activities
• Assist with investigating and resolving customer technical issues
• Support solar system assessments, troubleshooting and technical documentation

• Degree/HND in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field
• 0 to 1 year of experience in engineering, solar energy or a related field
• Basic understanding of Solar PV systems and PV design
• Familiarity with solar design tools is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on technical environment
• Good communication and documentation skills
