• Plan and deliver engaging English Language lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and classroom activities.
• Assess and grade students' classwork, assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Monitor students' attendance, academic performance, and classroom behaviour.
• Identify students with learning needs and adapt teaching approaches accordingly.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Communicate students' progress and areas for improvement to parents/guardians.
• Research and implement effective teaching methods.
• Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to support a positive student experience.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/B.Ed.) in English Language, English Literature, Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience teaching English Language.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian national curriculum.
• Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
• Patient, resilient, and student-centred approach.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to students' development.
