A high-performing Entry-Level Account Officer is needed to join the Finance team. The ideal candidate will support financial reporting, cost control, and compliance activities across operations.

• Support end-to-end financial operations including invoice processing, payments, and expense tracking
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with company policies and regulatory standards
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements across accounts
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives for operational projects
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial procedures, and statutory requirements
• Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies

• Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• 0–2 years experience acceptable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including basic data analysis and reporting functions)
• Proactive with a strong sense of ownership, able to anticipate tasks, identify issues early, and take initiative in delivering solutions without constant supervision
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
