We are hiring an Entry-Level Audit Officer to join our team in Lagos.

• Audit Execution: Assist in planning and executing audit engagements, performing substantive testing on financial transactions
• Client Interaction: Conduct clients field visit during the branch audit mission
• Documentation: Document audit findings and create workpapers in a clear, organized manner for senior review
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyse financial data to detect discrepancies or trends
• Compliance: Ensure client compliance with accounting regulations and internal control procedures
• Follow Up Audit: Track the remediation status of previous audit findings. Ensure that 90% of agreed-upon actions are verified within 30 days of their due dates
• Reporting: Assist in drafting audit reports and presenting findings

• Education: HND or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Qualification Pursuit: Actively studying for or aiming to start professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIA)
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills
• Year of Experience: NYSC Completion is mandatory
