The Business Analyst supports the Chartering team in monitoring, updating and analysing various databases.

• Assist the Chartering team in maintaining, updating and analysing existing databases, while simultaneously linking in with relevant teams
• Provide routine administrative support to help maintain efficient departmental operations
• Prepare, update, and organise departmental files, reports, and trackers
• Contribute to ad‑hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Chartering team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
• No prior industry experience required; Suitable for entry‑level candidates with an interest in shipping

Work Schedule
The role is based in our office 5 days per week.
