• Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
• Promote the company's shipping and logistics services to prospective clients
• Generate leads through cold calls, visits, emails, and networking
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into active accounts
• Assist in preparing quotations and negotiating service terms
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or logistics (NYSC experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of the shipping and logistics industry is an added advantage
