Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance reviews accurately
  • Monitor financial transactions continuously and escalate suspicious activities promptly
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company policies
  • Maintain organized compliance records and documentation for audit readiness
  • Support regulatory reporting submissions and internal audit preparations
  • Stay informed on evolving regulatory updates and industry best practices proactively
  • Assist in updating compliance procedures based on new guidelines or findings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into product workflows

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Must have completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Candidates with up to one year of compliance experience may also be considered
  • Good understanding of AML, KYC, CDD, and regulatory frameworks is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
