• Assist in planning and execution of drilling operations in line with company standards and safety regulations
• Support preparation of drilling programs, cost estimates, and technical reports
• Monitor drilling activities and track performance against planned objectives
• Coordinate with rig teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency
• Maintain accurate documentation of drilling data, daily reports, and operational updates
• Identify operational risks and support implementation of mitigation measures
• Participate in post-well evaluations and performance analysis

• Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) in Engineering (preferably Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
• Proactive with a strong sense of ownership, able to anticipate tasks, identify issues early, and take initiative in delivering solutions without constant supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
