• Promote and market the bank's financial products and services to individuals and small businesses
• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Support customer onboarding and account opening processes
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and deposit mobilization targets
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries about bank products
• Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sales and marketing
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of financial services or banking is an added advantage
• Must be proactive, confident, and customer-oriented
