Job Title: Entry-Level Healthcare Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (Graveyard Shift – US Central Standard Time)
Compensation: $5-$12 USD/hour (based on performance and KPIs) + quarterly bonuses ($500-$1000+ USD) + year-end bonuses for qualified team members

Work Schedule Options (US Central Standard Time):

• Option 1 (Full-time): 8:00 – 18:00 (Monday-Thursday), 8:00-16:00 (Friday) with 2-hour lunch breaks
• Option 2 (Part-time): 7:00-13:00 (Monday-Friday)
• Option 3 (Part-time): 13:00-18:30 (Monday-Friday)

• Receive all inbound calls to close leads wanting treatments at the clinic
• Call, email, and use various communication methods to identify lead validity and potential
• Receive inbound calls to answer questions, fact-find, qualify leads, and route to appropriate team members
• Work with patients to ensure satisfaction with services provided
• Encourage happy patients to share their success stories
• Share patient success stories during daily company meetings
• Implement the CARE system to follow up with patients and provide 5-star service
• Check-in and checkout patients
• Verify Insurance Benefits
• Additional tasks may be added based on strengths

• Must truly have a caring heart and genuinely want to help people improve their health
• Must speak Fluent English (easily understood on the phone)
• Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities daily

• Must value Results over effort – pay is based on meeting KPIs, metrics, and quotas
• Must sleep the same schedule 7 days a week (graveyard shift consistency for health)

• We are not looking for experience – we prefer candidates with no medical VA experience. We are looking for character.

Workstation Requirements

• Separate quiet room to work in (no children or others in the room)
• No background noise during phone calls
• Required to provide photos of workspace
• May be asked to show workspace via webcam randomly

Computer and Internet Requirements

• Fast and reliable wired internet connection (not less than 100 Mbps)
• Secondary and tertiary backup internet (not less than 10 Mbps)
• At least one Power Station Backup
• Dual Monitors
• Intel Core i3 or higher with at least 8GB RAM
• Excellent quality headset with microphone and working webcam
