The Entry-Level Human Resource Specialist will support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration for a growing technology and innovation organization.

• Job Location: Abuja (FCT) – Hybrid (Mon, Wed & Fri: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary: ₦90,000 – ₦100,000 monthly

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, leave, and HR processes.
• Assist with staff engagement initiatives, training, and onboarding.
• Support performance review administration and HR reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and organizational records.
• Assist with other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of human resources principles and employment practices.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
