We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to support our Brands & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage daily social media activities, drive audience engagement, and ensure a strong and consistent brand presence across all platforms.

· Content Publishing & Platform Management: Publish approved content across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business. Ensure strict adherence to the content calendar. Optimize and format content appropriately for each platform. Schedule and upload posts using social media management tools. Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity. Support real-time posting during events, activations, and campaigns.
· Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, tags, and mentions across social platforms. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback. Escalate sensitive customer concerns when necessary. Encourage audience interaction through conversations, polls, and replies. Build positive relationships with the brand community.
· Social Media Monitoring & Reporting: Track performance metrics including engagement, reach, shares, and follower growth. Monitor trends and competitor activity. Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports. Provide insights to improve content performance.
· Campaign Support: Assist with social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events. Support influencer collaborations and partnerships. Participate in brainstorming creative campaign ideas.

· Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
· 1–3 years experience in social media management (preferably in QSR, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Retail, or Lifestyle brands).
· Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.
· Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Canva, or other social media tools.
· Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

· Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.).
· Familiarity with short-form video content.
· Strong multitasking and organizational ability.
· Passion for food, lifestyle, and community-driven brands.
