• Support ESG gap assessments and identify gaps in policies, practices, and performance.
• Support ESG data collection, validation, and analysis for reporting and assessments.
• Support the preparation of ESG reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Monitor Ghanaian and international ESG regulatory and sustainability developments.
• Support ESG training, workshops, and research activities.

• Final-year student, recent graduate, or early-career professional in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Economics, Business, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in ESG, sustainability, and responsible business.
• Basic understanding of ESG reporting, sustainability frameworks, or climate-related issues.
• Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Ability to interpret information, work with data, and identify ESG-related gaps.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Previous exposure to ESG assessments, reporting, sustainability projects, or data analysis.
