The Paid ESG Intern will support research, content creation, and project tracking for renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure initiatives within the firm.

• Research ESG trends, clean energy developments, and policy updates globally
• Create thought leadership materials and social media contents
• Identify and track funding, grants, and partnership prospects relevant to Mente Energy’s work
• Support the writing and preparation of concept notes and proposals
• Contribute across Mente Energy’s ESG and clean energy projects as needed

• First degree in Law, Environmental Science, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, STEM or other relevant undergraduate or polytechnic degrees
• Curious mindset with ability to read widely, follow threads, and enjoy figuring things out
• Strong writer who can communicate complex ideas clearly and with confidence
• Digitally savvy and comfortable with AI tools, design tools and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
