• Source and market properties for sale, lease, and property management.
• Build strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and prospective clients.
• Conduct property inspections and accompany clients on property viewings.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into successful transactions.
• Provide professional advisory services throughout the buying and leasing process.
• Follow up on client enquiries and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Support business development and daily operational activities.

• Experience in real estate brokerage, property sourcing, estate surveying, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
• Weekend availability may occasionally be required for property inspections and client viewings.
