An event centre in Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos, is seeking a dynamic, organised, and customer-focused Event Centre Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional event experiences.

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the event centre.
• Coordinate events from initial booking through execution and close-out.
• Lead and supervise event centre staff, vendors and service providers.
• Ensure excellent customer experience before, during and after every event.
• Manage bookings, schedules, event logistics and venue utilisation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, decorators, caterers and other event partners.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, budgets and operational costs.
• Resolve client complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in a related field.
• Relevant experience in event management, hospitality, facility management or a similar role.
