Job Description

You will be responsible for the full-cycle planning and execution of corporate, experiential, and branded events—from ideation to execution—ensuring seamless experiences and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop event concepts, themes, and execution plans tailored to client objectives 
  2. Prepare proposals, schedules, run sheets, and production plans 
  3. Conduct venue research and site inspections 
  4. Source and manage vendors (decor, AV, logistics, etc.) 
  5. Coordinate event setup, flow, teardown, and guest experience 
  6. Collaborate with creative/design teams on branding and production 
  7. Monitor and manage event budgets and financials 
  8. Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors 
  9. Ensure regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and brand guidelines. 

Required Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field 
  2. 2–5 years’ experience in an events planning, experiential, or marketing agency (must-have)
  3. Excellent project management and multitasking skills 
  4. Creative mindset with strong coordination and negotiation skills 
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and event tools 
  6. Flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends
