A company based in Ojodu Berger, Lagos, is seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Event Hall Coordinator to oversee the smooth running of events at its facility and ensure excellent client satisfaction.

• Manage event bookings and maintain updated schedules.
• Attend to walk-in clients and give hall tours.
• Supervise hall setup (seating, décor, equipment, etc.).
• Liaise with vendors, decorators, caterers, and service providers.
• Ensure events run smoothly and on schedule.
• Keep proper records of bookings, payments, and event details.
• Inspect hall before and after events for cleanliness/maintenance.
• Report damages or operational issues to management.
• Follow company procedures and meet service targets.

• Minimum of NCE, HND, or BSc.
• Age: 25 – 38 years.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Able to work weekends/events.
• Must reside in or around Ojodu Berger, Lagos.
