A creative content hub for creators and brands is in need of an Events and Client Experience Manager. The role involves owning creative concepts from idea to delivery, managing day-to-day studio operations, and supporting growth through client base expansion and creative partnerships.

• Ideate, develop, and execute concepts for mini-campaigns, creative sprints, and studio activations
• Manage end-to-end event delivery, including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up
• Manage event timelines, budgets (where applicable), and logistics
• Manage studio bookings end-to-end, including inquiries, scheduling, confirmations, and payments
• Maintain the booking calendar and manage transitions between sessions
• Oversee equipment, props, supplies, and conduct damage checks
• Run social media (Instagram at least three times weekly) and email communications
• Build partnerships with creators, brands, and communities
• Maintain booking records, invoices, and basic financial documentation
• Prepare periodic reports on bookings and studio performance

• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in event management or studio/event operations, including ideation and execution
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Gmail) and basic digital tools
• Background in creative production, photography, or content creation (nice to have)
• Experience building packages or pricing models (nice to have)
• Familiarity with booking platforms and social media marketing (nice to have)
• Having a portfolio is an added advantage
