•Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives (MD, CEO, Group Executive, or Board level)
•Bachelor’s degree required; advanced qualifications or professional certifications are an advantage
•Strong business writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
•High proficiency in Microsoft Office and executive productivity tools
•Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
•Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain absolute confidentiality
•Professional presence and strong stakeholder management capability
