Job Description

AVO Management is seeking a senior-level Executive Assistant to provide high-trust, high-impact support to senior leadership. This is not a traditional PA role. It is suited for an experienced professional who can handle confidential matters, anticipate executive needs, and operate independently with minimal supervision.

The Executive Assistant will act as a true extension of the executive, supporting day-to-day operations while also working closely on strategic initiatives, including product development, training programs, digital products, content creation, and sales support. The role requires strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to move ideas from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify issues, suggest process improvements, and anticipate the executive’s needs. Manage calendars, priorities, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee email and written communications, including drafting responses, filtering messages, and following up on actions on behalf of the executive.
  • Provide high-level administrative support such as bill renewals, calls, reminders, and task tracking.
  • Handle payroll coordination, reconciliation, and auditing of staff payments and operational outgoings before approval.
  • Track, organise, and maintain confidential documentation, including property records and bills across multiple properties.
  • Vet and review reports from team managers, flagging gaps, risks, and follow-up actions required.
  • Follow up on correspondence, appointments, and time-sensitive actions to prevent slippage.
  • Represent the executive professionally in internal and external communications, exercising delegated authority and sound judgment.
  • Support the development of training programs and digital products, including guest management and review management initiatives.
  • Conduct market and audience research to support product positioning, content creation, and sales activities.
  • Assist with content creation and coordination, including research, outlining, drafting, and organizing educational and marketing content.
  • Work closely with the executive on sales-related activities, ensuring materials, research, and follow-ups are prepared and tracked.

Required Skills

  • 5–7 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable senior support role.
  • Decent experience in marketing and experience
  • Proven experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to contribute to research and content-related work.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, idea-driven environments.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, or similar tools.

Compensation & Benefits

  • ₦450,000 – ₦550,000 monthly, depending on experience and fit.
