Job Description

As Executive Assistant, you are the right hand to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient management of priorities. You handle high-level administrative tasks, organize meetings, and maintain systems that keep the executive office running seamlessly.

This is a strategic, high-impact role designed for a highly organized administrator with strong project management expertise. You will drive critical initiatives, track project deliverables, streamline processes, and implement systems that enhance operational efficiency. Your work ensures that Red Lantan Media continues to operate at a world-class standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities to ensure seamless executive operations.
  • Oversee and coordinate key projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, briefing notes, and executive communications with precision.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Streamline workflows, implement processes, and provide operational support to optimize efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion while supporting strategic decision-making and leadership activities.

Required Skills

  • 2 -3 years experience as an Executive Assistant with strong administrative expertise  and time-management skills.
  • Skilled in project management, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to liaise effectively with senior leadership.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced creative environment.
