Job Description

I am looking for a bright, reliable, and creative Executive Assistant to support my work across facility management, events, civic engagement, and research.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn - someone who can grow into a multi-functional professional.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & documentation support (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
2. Onsite supervision of facility management operations
3. Drafting reports, quotations, and business documents
4. Client and vendor communication
5. Social media management for business pages
6. Research assistance and presentation preparation
7. Occasional travel for events and site projects

Required Skills

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Social media and content editing experience (basic level acceptable)
  • Calm, organized, and eager to learn new skills

DEADLINE: 31st December, 2025

Compensation: Entry to Mid-Level (based on experience)
Start Date: January 2026
