Key Responsibilities
- Own the CEO's calendar end-to-end: scheduling, conflict resolution, prioritization, and trade-offs.
- Build weekly operating rhythm: focus blocks, deep-work windows, recurring leadership touchpoints, and review sessions.
- Triage inbox, WhatsApp, and messages; draft responses in the CEO's voice when required.
- Create a single source of truth for what needs the CEO's attention now vs later vs never.
- Ensure every meeting has purpose, agenda, pre-read, desired outcome, and the right attendees.
- Capture actions, assign owners, and run follow-ups until closed.
- Maintain trackers for projects, stakeholders, commitments, travel, and approvals.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to unblock the CEO's priorities.
- Handle sensitive information (commercial, legal, financial, people matters) with absolute discretion.
- Plan complex travel with contingencies; manage itinerary, briefings, and on-ground logistics.
