We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant / Finance Analyst to join our Finance & Strategy team.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with 2–3 years’ post-graduation experience and ACA or CFA qualifications (completed or in progress). The successful candidate will deliver high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and insights while also providing executive coordination support to Our Principal.

1.     Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions
2.    Prepare management and board reports with clear financial insights.
3.     Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
4.     Monitor cashflows, receivables, and payables to ensure financial discipline.
5.     Serve as the first point of contact for Our Principal, coordinating schedules, briefs, and follow-ups.
6.     Provide analytical and strategic support on special projects and corporate initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• ACA or CFA (completed or in progress
• 2–3 years’ experience in finance, audit, banking, or consulting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, corporate finance, and financial modelling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/accounting systems
• Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and integrity
• Preferred Institutions: Foreign universities, Covenant, Babcock, OAU, UI, PAU, Unilag, or other reputable schools.
