- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Excel/Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Ability to manage email and calendars on behalf of others.
- Canva or similar design skills.
- Experience with Squarespace is required.
- Experience with social media scheduling or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Interest in or alignment with Women On Tap's mission is an advantage.
