Job Description

Our Client a newly established Bureau de Change company in Lekki, committed to providing fast, reliable, and professional currency exchange services. As a startup, they offer an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business and make a meaningful impact from day one.

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and organized Executive Assistant / Secretary to support the management team. This role requires someone who can handle administrative tasks efficiently, assist in daily operations, and help ensure the smooth running of the office.

Location: Lekki, Admiralty Way, Lagos
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to management.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and correspondences.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and reports.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Track and document source deals to ensure accurate bonus calculations.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and customer interactions professionally.
  • Assist in general office management and ad hoc tasks.

Required Skills

  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and general office software.
  • Smart, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Prior minimum 1year experience as a secretary or executive assistant.
