Job Description

Travel Requirement: Extensive 
 

Key Responsibilities

✅Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
✅Prepare weekly executive briefs, reports, presentations, and business documents.
✅Coordinate communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
✅Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
✅Review and prioritize incoming emails and documents.
✅Plan and coordinate all local and international travel.
✅Accompany the MD on trips to ensure smooth logistics and execution.
✅Handle confidential information with discretion.
✅Prepare correspondence, proposals, and communication materials. . 
✅Represent the MD professionally when required. 

Required Skills

✅Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
✅Minimum of 5–7 years supporting senior executives, preferably in Oil & Gas.
✅Experience in extensive travel and itinerary management.
✅Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
✅Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✅High emotional intelligence and professional judgment.
✅Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
✅Proficiency in MS Office Suite and executive tools.
✅Strong research and analytical skills.
